新河煤矿深井硐室群支护技术研究

摘要 针对新河煤矿-980 m水平硐室群高地应力、围岩构造复杂以及支护困难的情况,提出了围岩控制的注浆+封闭U36型钢+全断面锚杆+砌碹(架喷锚注耦合支护)的支护方式。借助FLAC3D有限差分程序对支护方式进行了数值计算,得出顶板下沉量、两帮移近量、底鼓量分别减少为111.3、201、221.3 mm。现场实测表明,巷道变形破坏严重的状况得到了明显的控制,支护状况达到预定的结果,满足现场使用要求。 In Xinhe coal mine -980 m level chamber groups of high ground stress,the complex structure of surrounding rock and supporting the difficult sltuation.Put forward the control of surrounding rock grouting+U36 closed steel +full face bolt branch support+arching supporting (spray frame anchor coupling support). The support method are calculated by FLAC3D finite difference program,the roof subsidence, two ribs shift amount, the amount of floor heave were reduced to 111.3,201,221.3mm. The field test shows that the deformation and damage of the roadway has been obviously controlled, and the supporting condition has reached a predetermined result, which meets the requirement of the field application.
