露天煤矿抛掷爆破与端帮靠帮开采应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究单斗挖掘机-汽车剥离工艺条件下将抛掷爆破技术与靠帮开采技术结合在一起,以降低露天煤矿的生产成本。根据靠帮开采理论,结合抛掷爆破的特点,提出了中间留沟和两端帮留沟两种运煤方案。以内蒙古某露天矿为例,通过优化改造应用靠帮开采和抛掷爆破技术,取得了显著的经济效益。 Concerned on combining casting blast technology with steep end-slope mining on the condition of shovel-truck technology, which will reduce production cost of the surface mine. According to the theory of steep end-slope mining, combined with the character of casting blast technology, two coal transporting plans of reserving gallery in middle pit and reserving galleries in the two end slopes were brought up. Taking a surface mine in Inner Mongolia for example, with the application optimization of combining casting blast technology with steep end-slope mining, the mine achieved a remarkable economic benefit.
