摘要
在中兴矿1200工作面分段采用高水充填巷旁支护及切顶卸压2种沿空留巷技术,两者均能较好地形成稳定留巷,满足二次使用要求。高水充填支护技术机具及材料沉重,工序较为繁琐且耽误工作面推进速度,成本较高。切顶卸压沿空留巷技术所需工序均简单且工作量小,均超前工作面或平行于回采施工,不耽误生产,有效地提高了生产效率并降低了留巷成本。
Two methods of gob-side entry retaining: high water material filling technology by lane and roof cut and pressure releasing technology are carried out in different sections in 1200 face of Zhongxing mine. Two methods both can form stable roadway and satisfy for the secondary use requirement. Machines and tools of high water material filling technology are heavy, the processes are relatively complicated and delay the advance of the face, the cost is rather high. The process of roof cut and pressure releasing technology are simple, carried out ahead of working face or paralleled to the coal extraction, do not delay the normal production, effectively improves the production efficiency and reduces the cost.
