摘要
为了探究刮板链速度、铺设倾角、煤颗粒硬度、煤颗粒粒度等因素对中部槽磨损影响规律,采用UG软件建立中部槽和刮板链的三维几何模型,并将其导入离散元软件EDEM中进行磨损仿真。研究结果可以为刮板输送机的结构优化设计和正确使用提供一定参考。
In order to explore the wear influence law of some factors on the middle pan of scraper conveyor, those factors include the speed of scraper chain, laying angle of the middle pan, the hardness of coal particle and coal particle size, UG was used to establish the three-dimensional geometric model of the middle pan and the scraper chain, and was imported into the discrete element software EDEM for wear simulation analysis. The conclusions can provide references for optimum structural design and proper usage of scraper conveyor.
