摘要
煤中脉石矿物有不同的类型,不同矿物的表面性质不同。探索了煤中主要黏土矿物-高岭石在不同p H下对煤浮选行为的影响,结果表明,当用煤和高岭石的混合物作为浮选入料时,相对酸性和碱性条件,在中性介质中煤的浮选速率和回收率相对最好。通过测量煤、高岭石,以及煤-高岭石的混合物颗粒表面电位对影响机制进行了分析,通过沉降试验对高岭石自身颗粒之间的静电引力进行了证实。
There are different kinds of minerals in coal and different minerals have different surface characteristics. The effect of the main clay mineral in coal-kaolinite on coal flotation behavior was studied. The results show that when coal-kaolinite mixture is used as flotation feed, coal particles have better flotation rate and recovery at neutral pH than at acid or alkaline pH values. The mechanism was explained by measuring the zeta potential of coal, kaolinite and the coal-kaolinite mixture. The electrostatic adsorption among kaolinite particles is proved by settlement experiment.
