摘要
煤气化是重要的洁净煤技术之一,可将固体燃料转变为便于运输的气体燃料,同时减少煤焦直接燃烧带来的环境污染。以硝酸钾、硝酸钠、硝酸铁、硝酸钙为催化剂,褐煤半焦为气化原料,微波为能量输入源,研究了微波条件下不同金属离子对煤焦气化特性的影响。
Coal gasification is an important way of clean coal conversion technology, through which the energy restored in the solid fuel could be transferred into the gas fuel. It also reduces the pollution caused by burning these solid fuels. The influence of four different metal salts on the catalytic gasification process was investigated, NaNO3,Fe(NO3)3,Ca(NO3)2 and KNO3 in specific. The semi-char was used as feedstocks, and the power source was microwave. Compared with the non-catalytic gasification, the metal salts added in a proper amount could enhance the gasification and the concentration of syngas was increased.
