摘要
通过对我国2011—2015近5年的人才配置与产业结构的耦合关联性进行测评,得出两者之间关联度为0.801-0.974,存在高度关联。为实现高校人才培养与产业转型升级需求相匹配,推动区域经济的发展,应以需求为导向,明确高校的培养目标;加强高等院校教育财政经费的投入,确保高端人才的培养和引进;丰富培养模式,打造特色行业人才,服务第三产业的发展。
By testing the coupling of personnel allocation and industrial structure of our country nearly 5 years of 2011-2015,the correlation degree is 0.801-0.974,there is a high correlation with the industrial transformation and upgrading to match the demand for talents,promote the development of regional economy,should be guided by the demand,targeted training colleges and Universities; strengthen institutions of higher education financial funds, to ensure that the cultivation of talents and the introduction; rich training mode, creating characteristic industry personnel, development of the third industry.
