摘要
通过阐述"大培训+"的基本概念,围绕"四级四类"人才体系建设,提出将"大培训+"与员工职业生涯发展相结合,从学历教育、职业取证、职称评定、技能鉴定、人才晋升等开展培训,助推员工职业生涯发展,实现"大培训+"理念落地。
