摘要
环肽纳米管作为一种新兴纳米材料,在生物学、材料学、医学等诸多领域有着潜在的应用,引起了广泛的关注。从跨膜离子通道法、模板法、侧链修饰法3个方面综述了合成环肽纳米管的方法,系统地介绍了环肽在跨膜离子通道、药物的传递以及电子器件、催化材料等方面的应用,并对环肽纳米管的发展前景进行了展望。
Cyclic peptides nanotubes(PNTS),a newly-developing of nanomaterial,have many potential applications in widely fields such as biology,materials and medical science etc. And it has already drawn a lot of attention. This article is reviewed through three aspects including the transmembrane ion channel,template and side chain modification method. In this work,the application of PNTS in transmembrane ion channels,drug delivery,electronic devices and catalytic material was reported. Meanwhile,the future development of cyclic peptide will be prospected as well.
