摘要
利用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法对含纳米银生物组织样品中银含量进行了测试,对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。根据实验方法,对主要来源不确定度分量进行了分析和计算,进而计算了样品中银含量的扩展不确定度。计算结果表明,重复性测量实验和银校准曲线的拟合对含纳米银生物组织样品中银含量的测量结果不确定度影响较大。结合计算结果,讨论了测量方法中需要推广及改进的方面,为相关研究的实验室质量控制和不确定度评定提供参考。
The silver content in biological tissue samples containing silver nanoparticles was measured using ICP-MS with microwave digestion. The uncertainty of measurement results was evaluated. Based on the experimental methods,the components of uncertainty from major sources,and the expanded uncertainty were analyzed and calculated. The results show that the repeatability of measurement and the fitting of the calibration curve have significant influence. The factors that need to be improved was discussed,and the reference for the quality control and uncertainty assessment was provided.
