摘要
以取代苯硼酸、溴代苯酚为原料,四(三苯基膦)合钯为催化剂,在过量K_2CO_3、KOH为混合碱的条件下,经Suzuki反应合成联苯酚类化合物。产物结构经~1HNMR、^(13)CNMR、IR和MS确证,该体系可通过提高Suzuki反应的氧化加成步骤促进反应快速高效地进行,产率达95%。该反应体系可用于联苯酚类化合物的合成。
To investigate new synthesis of biphenol derivatives via Suzuki coupling reaction in an alkaline environment. The aryl boric acid and phenol bromide were used as raw material,KOH and K_2CO_3 mixture as mixed alkali and Pd(PPh_3)_4as catalyst.The Suzuki reaction could be improved by increasing the addition of oxidation step with high yield of 95% and the structures of product were confirmed by-1HNMR,-(13)CNMR,IR and MS. This synthesis could be used to synthesize biphenol derivatives.
