摘要
为了提高张拉精度和自动化水平,设计了一种预应力水泥电杆用智能预应力张拉机。该张拉机由触摸屏、PLC、传感器和液压驱动部分组成,工作时选择预先输入的张拉参数,自动张拉并打印张拉结果,并可插入"U"盘将张拉结果拷贝到电脑中转换成Excel格式文件保存。
In order to improve the precision and automation level of tension, a kind of smart prestressed tensioning machine for prestressed cement pole is designed. The tensioning machine consists of the touch screen, PLC, sensor and hydraulic parts. When working, the tension parameters is typed ahead, then the automatic tensioning is done and the tension result is printed. In addition, the tension result can be coped into the ＂U＂ disk and converted to Excel format file in the computer.
