摘要
随着智能移动终端的高速发展与普及,移动支付越来越普遍。用户是移动支付的体验者,这种体验会影响用户的持续使用意愿,心流体验是用户体验理论的重要内容。文章基于心流体验假设了感知同步性、感知控制和专注度3个可能影响移动支付用户持续使用意愿的因素,以Apple Pay为例,构建了移动支付用户持续使用意愿模型。通过问卷收集数据,使用SPSS20.0和AMOS17.0对数据进行分析。研究显示:感知同步性和感知控制对用户的持续使用意愿有显著正向影响,而专注度对用户持续使用意愿的影响不显著,并在研究结果的基础上对移动支付运营商提出若干建议。
With the rapid development of Smart Device, the industry of mobile payment booming, Users are mobile payment experience which will affect the users' continuance intention, and the flow experience theory is widely regarded as an important part of the user experience theory. In this paper, we make 3 hypothesis factors which is perceptual synchronization, perceived control and concentration based on flow experience, and proposed an users' continuance intention research model. Through the questionnaire survey we collected the data, and use AMOS17.0 and SPSS20.0 software to analysis and calculate; Studies show that perceptual synchronization and perceived control have a significant effect on users' continuance intention, concentration have no significant effect on users' continuance intention.Based on the discussions we put forward some decision and reference for mobile payment service supplier.
