摘要
大科学工程的总体技术研究具有全局性、系统性的特点,在工程管理中发挥着重要的作用,总设计师系统是大科学工程总体技术研究的策划者、组织者和责任者。本文提出了加强和改进总体技术研究的具体措施,并就持续优化和完善总设计师系统建设提出了具体建议。
