我国全科医生研究文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Research of General Practitioners in China

目的:以2005-2015年我国全科医生研究领域的文献为研究对象,对全科医生研究现状进行评析。方法:以中国知网及万方数据库为数据来源,从文献增长趋势、期刊分布、著者分布等方面定量分析我国全科医生的研究现状;利用聚类分析和可视化分析揭示我国全科医生研究的热点和主题。结果:2005-2015年我国全科医生研究领域文献发文量平稳增长,文献来源以普通期刊为主,该研究领域的学者较分散。研究领域高产机构主要分布在大学、研究所、社区卫生服务中心和医院。全科医生培养、全科医学教育和全科医学服务模式等是该领域研究的热点和趋势。结论:应加强全科医生研究领域的应用实证性和技术类研究,着力解决全科医生教育、培训等问题。

Objective： We refined our search about general practitioners in the field from 2005 to 2015 to analysis the research status of GPs in China. Methods： We took CNKI as the main source of data, and the data was supplemented by Wanfang database. Quantitative analysis was conducted in the research status of GPs in China from the aspects of growth trend, periodical distribution, author distribution and so on. We used cluster analysis and visual analysis to reveal the hot spots and topics of general practitioner research. Results： The research in the field of GPs in China issued a document in the state of steady growth in 2005- 2015, the source of literature periodical was mainly based on the common periodicals and the scholars who participated in this re- search field were more dispersed. We also found that the review institute was mainly distributed in university, research institute, community health service center and hospital. General practitioner training, general medical education and service model were focu- ses and trends of research in this field. Conclusion： We should strengthen the empirical research and technical research in the field of general practitioner research and focus to solve the problems such as general practitioner education, training and other issues.
