摘要 以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂、氧化锌(ZnO)为发泡促进剂、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,通过模压法制备了聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-co-4-羟基丁酸酯)(P34HB)发泡材料。研究了ZnO用量对AC分解温度的影响,讨论了DCP用量对泡孔形态、泡孔密度、力学性能的影响。结果表明:当AC与ZnO质量比1∶1时,AC的分解温度降低了70℃左右,DCP对P34HB发泡材料的性能具有改善作用,当DCP质量分数为2%时,发泡材料的综合性能最佳,表观密度达到648.00g/cm3,同时力学性能达到最大值。 Poly (3-hydroxy butyric ester-co-4-hydroxy butyric ester) foamed material was prepared throuth compression molding method with azobisformamide (AC) as foa- mmg agent crosslinking was studied zinc oxide (ZnO) as foaming promoter, and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as agent. The effect of the dosage of ZnO on AC decomposition temperature The effect of the amount of DCP on cell shape, cell density, mechanical properties was discussed. The results show that when the mass ratio of AC to ZnO is 1:1, AC decomposition temperature reduces by about 70 ℃. DCP has an improving effect on properties of the p34HB fomed material. When the volume content of DCP is 2%, the comprehensive properties of the fomed material are best, and the apparent den- sity reaches 648.00 g/cm3, and mechanical properties reach the maximum.
