高校专利创业过程因素的FFE分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors in the Process of Using Universities' Patents to Start Up Businesses from the Perspective of FFE

当前,专利创业已成为高校科技创新成果应用的重要方式。从模糊前端理论视角出发,本文从专利、创业环境和创业团队、商业计划书、资金支持四个维度分析了高校专利创业的影响要素。要提高专利创业成功率,应从机会识别、机会分析、创意产生与选择、概念和技术发展五个方面整合资源,尤其需要重视模糊前端对后续阶段的影响。

Nowadays, start up businesses using patent has become an important way to give a full play to universities＇ scientific and technological innovation achievements. From the perspective of Fuzzy Front End Theory（ FFE）, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of start up businesses using universities＇ patent from four dimensions： patent, entrepreneurial environment and team, business plan and financial support. To improve the success rate of start-ups using patent, it is necessary to integrate resources from five aspects： opportunity recognition, opportunity analysis, creative generation and selection, concept and technological development. Particularly, we need to pay more attention to the influence of fuzzy front end on the subsequent stage.
