摘要
大连凯丹广场为商业综合体项目,其建筑功能复杂,平面及竖向布置独特,给结构设计提出较多挑战。在设计中,地下室部分采用无梁楼盖结构,局部采用大跨型钢混凝土转换梁;在钢-混凝土混合结构体系中根据位能等效原则确定阻尼比;在大跨连桥和大悬挑结构部分,进行人行舒适度分析。结果表明:振型阻尼比法比较适合计算钢-混凝土混合结构的阻尼比;通过人行激励时程分析可以较好地计算结构舒适度。
Dalian Kardan Galleria is a commercial complex project,its complication of building function and unique plane and vertical arrangement cause more challenges for structure design. In the design,basement used beamless roof structure,parts used large-span reinforcing bar concrete transfer beam. Damping ratio of steel-concrete hybrid structural system determined in accordance with the principle of potential energy equivalent. Pedestrian comfort analysis conducted on large span bridge and large cantilevered structure. The results show that the modal damping ratio is suitable to calculate the damping ratio of steel-concrete hybrid structure,and the time history analysis of pedestrian excitation can be used to calculate the structural comfort well.
