摘要
介绍了宝龙总部综合楼大悬挑和连体等复杂情况的超限结构设计,由于存在分塔、夹层、错层、连体等复杂情况,对部分构件的抗震性能目标作了调整,从结构周期、楼层侧向刚度比、连廊和悬挑端位移、动力特性、关键构件等方面对结构进行弹性分析,也进行了线弹性时程分析和动力弹塑性分析;并针对结构具有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变、大悬挑、穿层柱等抗震不利情况,采取一些相应的抗震构造与措施;对高位连体结构进行了研究,保证其承载能力满足大震弹性。
The out-of-code structural design of large cantilever and connected body and other complex situations of Powerlong Headquarters Building were introduced. There are complex cases of sub-tower,mezzanine,split-level and connected body,so performance-based seismic design goals were adjusted for some members. Elastic analyses were conducted on the structure in perspectives of structural period,layer lateral stiffness ratio,displacements of corridor and cantilever end,dynamic properties and key members. Linear elastic time-history analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis were also conducted. Relevant seismic constructions and measures were taken for unfavourable seismic design conditions including torsional irregularity,floor discontinuousness,stiffness mutation,large cantilever and cross-layer column. High position connected structure was studied to ensure its bearing capacity can keep elastic under rare earthquake.
