基于专业标准的教师教育教学评价能力现状研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文立足专业标准中的“教育教学评价”,借助教学评价工具,通过课堂观察、数据统计等形式,从理论和实践方面对教师教育教学评价能力的现状进行系统化、规范化、量化诊断,发现存在“理论研究薄弱但趋于重视”“评价能力水平偏低”等现况,并提出“构建自我评价诊断表”等培养建议。
