Research on Information Quality Evaluation System Based on User Experience: from Cognitive Need and Emotional Need of Users

文章对现有的信息质量评价体系进行了梳理,提出用户体验影响用户对信息质量的评价,并在一定程度上体现信息的客观质量。在对用户体验进行分析的基础上,从用户认知需求与情感需求的角度,构建了基于用户体验的信息质量评价体系。

This paper combs the current information quality evaluation systems and proposes that user experience affects their evaluation on information quality, at the same time reflects the actual information quality to some extent. By analyzing user experi- ence, from the perspective of users＇ cognitive and emotional needs, the paper constructs an information quality evaluation system based on user experience.
