Evaluation System's Profile of Japanese National Diet Library

日本国立国会图书馆引入PDCA循环模型进行全流程管理,评价是其中十分重要的环节。本文对该馆围绕计划、目标开展的系列评价活动进行研究,分析其原则、内容及主要方法,从中总结出规律、特点,以期为国内图书馆评估研究和实践提供参考借鉴。

The Japanese National Diet Library applies the model of PDCA cycle in its management for an inte- grated business process, in which evaluation plays a significant role. This paper does a research on the evaluation based on plans and targets for this library by analyzing its principles, contents and procedures, and sums up rules and experiences to provide references for domestic researches and practices on library evaluation. 3 figs. 2 tabs. 13 refs.
