摘要
随着临床试验研究的理论体系和方法学的完善,单病例随机对照试验作为一种以病人为中心的个体化临床试验研究手段,在全球范围内迅速发展。本文对单病例随机对照试验的起源与发展进行了全面介绍,以期帮助医学研究人员和临床工作者更好地了解、掌握、研究和应用单病例随机对照试验方法,从而提高医学临床研究的质量和临床疾病诊治的效果。
N-of- 1 trial is globally making rapid development as a patient-oriented individualized method with the development and improvement of methodology in clinical trial. The paper described the origin and development of N-of-1 trial, so as to help improve awareness among medical researchers and clinicians, and improve the clinical medical quality and level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
