基于能流的梯形图到指令表转换方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 在嵌入式PLC开发环境中,梯形图向指令表的转换是必不可少的一步,为了完成梯形图向指令表的转换,提出了一种基于能流的梯形图转换方法。通过将梯形图视为一种能流,设置能流阶级,插入虚节点,合并节点成为一种AOV图,并串联归并生成指令表,转换过程中同时进行语法检查。针对转换实现过程,详细说明了对梯形图的存储和扫描的方法。最后,给出了一个具体转换实例,实验结果说明该方法能准确的进行梯形图到指令表的转换。 In the embedded PLC development environment, the transformation from the ladder diagram to instruction lists is an indispensable process. In order to implement this process, a new algorithm based on energy flux is proposed. As a kind of energy flux, the ladder diagram can be built by steps and the virtual nodes are inserted, which are merged in series-parallel and transformed to instruction lists accurately. In addition, grammar rules are checked during the process. The storage and scanning measures of the ladder diagram are presented, which include the translation approach and implementation process in detail. Finally, a conversion example is given, which shows that this method is correct and practical.
