摘要
为提高食品的包装速度和包装质量,提升包装机械的自动化水平。针对全自动食品包装机基本结构和关键运动过程,设计了一种以触摸屏和基于DSP为核心的自动包装机控制系统,并详细论述了基于DSP的通用运动控制器硬件结构。最后,在硬件结构的基础上,开了与之配套的全自动食品包装机运动控制系统软件。该控制系统可以满足自动包装机的运动控制要求,能够提高包装质量、精度和效率,降低次品率。所述控制系统具有较高的可靠性和可维护性。
In order to improve the speed and quality of food packaging, improve the automation level of the packaging machinery. For the basic structure and key process of the automatic packing machine, a kind of automatic packaging machine control system based on DSP is designed with the touch screen, and the hardware structure of the general motion controller based on DSP is discussed. Finally, on the basis of the hardware structure, the software of the motion control system of the whole automatic food packaging machine is developed. The control system can meet the requirements of automatic packaging machine motion control, improve the packing quality, accuracy and efficiency, and reduce the defective rate. The control system has high reliability and maintainability, which meets the requirements of the customers.
