摘要
插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)是可以通过外部电网进行充电的新型电动汽车,主要由电动机、发动机—发电机组、电池等诸多子系统组成,分析的插电式混合动力汽车的特点,根据本款插电式混合动力汽车的设计要求,确定了整车基本参数,根据汽车设计理论对驱动电机、动力电池、发动机—发电机组、传动系统等子系统的参数进行了匹配设计,利用AVL–CRUISE软件建立了插电式混合动力汽车动力系统的模型,在NEDC工况下,对该模型进行了仿真分析,获得了最高车速、加速性能、爬坡性能仿真结果,同时得到了驱动电机、发电机和蓄电池的工作曲线,仿真结果表明设计方法正确,动力总成参数匹配合理,控制策略对各部分控制是有效的,为整车的进一步开发打下了良好基础。
Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) is a new type of electric vehicle charging through the external power grid, which is mainly composed of many subsystems, such as electric motors, generators, batteries and so on. Based on design requirements of the plug-in hybrid vehicle, and using the method of theoretical analysis, the basic parameters of the vehicle are determined, the parameter matching of the drive motor, battery, engine-generator, transmission and other subsystems are carried out, and modeling and simulations are carried out using AVL-CRUISE software. The simulation results of the maximum speed, acceleration and climbing performance are obtained, and the working curves of the driving motor, generator and accumulator are obtained. Simulation results show that the design is reasonable, powertrain parameter matching is reasonable, and the control strategy for each part is effective, laying a good foundation for the smooth development of the plug-in hybrid vehicle.
