供墨系统中电动阀用超级电容能量源建模 被引量:1

Modeling of ultracapacitor energy storage used in motorized valve of ink supply system

摘要 喷绘机供墨系统中使用的控制阀主要为电磁阀。但在一些特殊的状况下,电磁阀的性能很难满足使用要求。针对这一问题,本文通过采用电动阀替代电磁阀的方法进行解决,而在电动阀的应用中超级电容起到至关重要的作用,它可以在系统意外掉电时帮助电动阀自动复位。本文在分析超级电容结构的基础上,结合其自身特性建立数学模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink进行模型仿真研究。仿真结果表明,1 F/5.5 V超级电容在系统意外掉电时能够维持电动阀正常工作2~3 s左右,完全可以满足系统的使用要求。 The solenoid valve is mainly control valve that it is used in ink supply system of inkjet printer. However, it is difficult to meet requirements for performance of solenoid valves in some special situations. To solve this problem, it replaces the solenoid valve with the motorized valve in this paper, and ultracapacitor is an vital role in the application of motorized valve, it enables motorized valve to reset automatically in case of the occurrence of power loss. Based on the analysis to the structure and features of ultracapacitor, the mathematic model of ultracapacitor is built, and a simulation model is set up by MATLAB/Simulink for a research. Simulation results show that ultracapacitor of 1F/5.5V can maintain the motorized valve work about 2-3 s during power failures, it can fully meet the requirements of the system.
