图书馆残疾人服务标准规范体系研究

Study on the Standard System of Library Service for People with Disabilities

为残疾人提供平等、优质的文献信息服务是图书馆的职责之一,图书馆残疾人服务标准规范可以为相关工作提供具体指导。国外图书馆界在残疾人服务标准规范建设上做了有益探索,我国相关工作起步较晚,还未形成标准规范体系。图书馆残疾人服务标准规范体系包括服务标准、技术标准、管理标准、基础标准和业务规范等,应遵循一定的原则制定。我国应首先研究制定公共图书馆残疾人服务规范,以规范公共图书馆残疾人服务并为制定其他标准规范提供参考。

It is one of the functions of the library to provide equal and high quality service for people with disabilities. The standards of library service for the disabled provide specific guidance to the library. Some standards have been formulated in foreign countries. It is started relatively late to set the specialized standards of library service for the disabled in our country. The standard system which must be made according to certain principles includes service standards, technical standards, management standards, basic standards and business specifications. Public library service standards for people with disabilities should be researched and formulated firstly in our country, and it would regulate public library service for people with disabilities and provide reference for the development of other standards.
