摘要
3D打印技术(3Dprinting)是国内外炙手可热的技术,被称作"第三次工业革命"的三大重要技术之一。开发了一种新型3D打印控制系统。通过建立3D打印机的运动学模型,使用Twin CAT软PLC作为开发平台,结合倍福的运动控制技术,开发了一种新型的3D打印驱动控制方式。相比于传统的3D打印机,具有高打印速度,断点打印等优点。
In this paper,a new 3D printing control system is developed.The kinematic model of 3D printer is established.By using the TwinCAT PLC as the development platform combined with the motion control technology of Beckhoff and establishing kinematic model of the 3D printer,a new 3D printing controlling method is developed in this paper.
