摘要
该文提出了一种新的相变蓄热板模型,并对其相变材料融化过程进行了数值模拟研究。同时分析了不同的参数变化对蓄热过程的影响程度,并且获得了融化速率曲线图、融化时间与相变界面移动规律图像。模拟结果得出导热系数才是影响蓄热材料融化速率、融化界面移动距离的关键参数。实验研究表明在各物性参数一定时,多管排列与单管排列相比较,融化效果更好、更均匀;而单管时融化距离最远可达到7 cm处,因此蓄热板内多管排列时管间距可设计在12~16 cm的范围内。
A new model of the phase change heat storage plate is presented in this paper,and the numerical simulation of the melting process of the phase change material is carried out.At the same time,the influence of different parameters on the heat storage process is analyzed,and the melting rate curve,the melting time and the moving law of the phase change interface are also obtained.The simulation results show that the heat transfer coefficient is the key parameter to affect the melting rate and the moving distance of the melting interface.Experimental results show that in the physical property parameters of a certain,compared to the multi arrangement and single tube arrangement,melting effect is better,more uniform;and the single melting away the farthest can reach 7 cm,so heat storage plate tube arranged tube spacing can be designed in the range of 12-16 cm.
