摘要
制冷剂R32以其良好的热工性能和环保特性而成为一种热门经济的替代制冷剂,然而应用于制冷系统时排气温度过高成为其快速、广泛推广的最大障碍。目前通常采用喷液冷却、两级压缩和中间补气等技术降低压缩机排气温度,但是都会增加系统成本,结构的复杂度和运行的复杂性。由于广泛应用于房间空调器的滚动转子式压缩机具有抗湿压缩的特点,既不增加成本又能压缩机降低排气温度的吸气带液方法成为一种绝佳选择,本文对目前降低R32制冷系统排气温度的主要方法和吸气带液对制冷系统的影响研究现状做了简要综述。
Refrigerant R32 has good thermal performance and environmental characteristic which make it be a popular alternative refrigerants.However,when it used in refrigeration systems high discharge temperature decides it can't rapidly and widely applied.Recently common ways used to reduce compressor discharge temperature are liquid injection,two-stage compression and gas refrigerant injection,but they all can increase system cost and complexity of structure and operation complexity.Because the scroll rotary compressor having anti-wet compression characteristics which widely used in air-condition,neither increased costs but also reduce the compressor discharge temperature,The two-phase suction method becomes a great choice,In this paper,the main methods of reducing the discharge temperature for R32 scroll rotary compressor and the effects of the impact on the refrigeration system using these methods are briefly reviewed.
