摘要 钛合金是一种典型的难加工材料,钛合金磨削加工工件表层极易发生烧伤,其主要原因是钛合金在磨削过程中极易粘附在磨具表面,使磨具失效。开展钛合金的磨削加工的研究,寻求性能优良的磨削加工工具和最优的加工参数以保证钛合金材料磨削加工的质量是生产中待解决并有着重大实际意义的课题,是国内外科研工作者研究的热点之一。本文介绍了国内外钛合金磨削加工的现状,着重分析了钛合金磨削烧伤现象,并对现有磨削方法进行分析。 Titanium alloy is a kind of typical difficult -to- machine materials,of which the grinding surface is prone to burn. The main reason is that the titanium alloy is easy to adhere on the surface of the grinding tools in the process of grinding,which makes the grinding tools lose effectiveness. It is a subject to be solved and of great practical importance in the production to carry out research on the grinding of titanium alloy and seek grinding tools of excellent performance and the optimal processing parameters to guarantee the quality of titanium alloy materials in grinding process. This paper introduced the present situation of the titanium alloy grinding,analyzed the phenomenon of grinding burn titanium alloy,and analyzed the existing grinding method.
