摘要
本文运用差热分析技术研究了升温速率对不同品种玉米面热分解过程的影响,探讨了玉米面水分含量和对应DTA曲线峰面积的关系。实验研究表明,吸热峰的峰面积与对应的水分含量呈一定的关系。在相同的试验条件下,由DTA曲线第1个吸热峰的面积即可求出相应的玉米面中水分含量。
In this paper, we studied the effects of heating rate on the thermal decomposition of corn flour using differential thermal analysis (DTA) ,and discussed the relationship between the moisture content of corn flour and the peak area of the DTA curve. The result showed that the area of endothermic peaks was in relevant relationship with the corresponding moisture content. The moisture content could be calculated from the area of the first endothermic peak of the DTA curve under the same experimental conditions.
