摘要
LiFi作为可见光通信发展的典型代表,日益受到人们的关注,其代替WiFi成为主要无线通信技术之一的可能性也被广为讨论。文章阐述了LiFi的概念,阐释了LiFi的技术原理和应用场景,并讨论了LiFi与WiFi在未来发展的关系问题。研究表明,LiFi和WiFi技术互补,各具优势,LiFi-WiFi混合网络模式将成为未来具有前景的无线通信技术发展方向之一。
As one of the classical representatives of Visible Light Communication(VLC), LiFi has been concerned more and more by the people, and the possibility to replace WiFi as one of main wireless communication technologies has also been widely discussed. This paper presents the concept of LiFi, demonstrates the technology principle and application scenarios of LiFi, and discusses the relationship between LiFi and WiFi in future development. Study shows that LiFi and WiFi technology is complementary and has their respective advantages. The mode of LiFi and WiFi hybrid networks will be one promising direction of future wireless communication technology development.
