摘要 针对造船过程中分段堆场的堆放混乱和调度效率低下的问题,通过紧密结合调度规则,以使分段移动过程中产生的衍生指令数最小为目标,综合考虑分段的时间和空间要求,兼顾相关场地堆放不合理分段的调整,提出目标分段移入场地的位置选择和出入堆场路径优化的方法,并设计了计算流程。在场地堆放率为83.6%的情况下经过多次实验,得到的衍生指令的平均比例降低到37.89%,得到了良好的调度结果,证明该方法在分段调度问题上的有效性。 Aiming at the problems of stacking disorder and low scheduling efficiency in the segmenting yard, this paper combines with the scheduling rules in order to minimize the number of derivative instructions in the process of hull blocks movement. The methods of location selection and optimization the path to access the segmenting yard are put forward in considering the hull blocks' time and space requirements, and the calculation process is designed. After many experiments with 83.6% average stacking rate, the average proportion of derivative instructions is reduced to 37.89%, a good scheduling result is obtained, which proves the effectiveness of the method in scheduling.
