摘要
为解决铁水脱硫扒渣时的铁水扒损问题,对铁水脱硫渣物性及铁水扒损原因进行了分析,并进行了水模实验及热态实验,设计了涌动式扒渣系统,在120 t铁水罐开展了工业生产试验。得出结论,铁水涌动式扒渣与常规扒渣方式相比,扒渣时间缩短4 min,铁损减少1 t/罐以上,聚渣剂消耗为零。
In order to solve the problem of hot metal loss due to slag skimming in desulfurization of hot metal, the physical properties of desulfurized slag resulted from desulfurization of hot metal and the causes of hot metal loss during slag skiming were analyzed. Based on the water modeling experiment and thermal state experiment, the impulse type slag skimming system was formulated and the industrial production test of the system was carried out by the 120 t hot metal ladle. It is concluded that the skimming time was shortened by 4 minutes, hot metal loss was reduced over 1 t per ladle and the consumption of slag-conglomerating agent was zero by using the impulse type slag skimming system instead of the conventional slag skimming method.
