摘要
为了进一步降低鞍钢鲅鱼圈铁水预处理的生产成本,在扒渣过程中采用了涌动式扒渣工艺。新工艺实施后,深脱硫罐次转炉回硫量降低了0.000 5%,铁水预处理扒渣铁损降低了2.11 kg/t铁,工序时间缩短了1.5 min/罐,铁水聚渣剂消耗降低了0.145 kg/t钢,为低成本生产极低硫钢奠定了基础。
In order to further cut down the cost for hot metal pretreatment in Bayuquan Iron and Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the impulse type slag skimming technology was used during operation of slag skimming in ironmaking. After application of the new technology, the amount of resulphurization from converter during deep desulphurization of molten hot metal in ladle was reduced by 0.000 5%, the iron loss in slag skimming during hot metal pretreatment was reduced by 2.11 kg per tone iron, the slag skimming time was shortened by 1.5 minutes per ladle, the consumption of slag-conglomerating agent was reduced by 0.145 kg per tone steel,which was the favorable factor for smelting the ultra-low sulfur steel with low cost.
