聚合物减阻剂微观减阻机理研究 被引量:17

Study on the micro drag-reduction mechanism of polymer drag reducers

摘要 配制了不同浓度的减阻剂溶液,利用TEM技术对减阻剂溶液的微观结构进行了表征,采用高精度环路摩阻测试系统对不同微观结构特征的减阻剂溶液进行了减阻性能测试。表征结果显示,减阻剂溶液的主要微观结构为:分散颗粒结构、半连续/非连续棒状结构、连续网眼状结构和堆叠网眼状结构。低流速下,分散颗粒结构特征的减阻剂表现出较好的减阻性能;高流速下,连续网眼状结构特征的减阻剂具有更好的减阻性能;过度堆叠网眼状结构特征的减阻剂虽具有良好的抗剪切性能,但在低速与高速下均不能发挥良好的减阻性能。现场施工中井深较浅、施工排量小的井,适合选用分散颗粒结构的减阻剂;而井深较深、排量较大的井,则适合选用连续网眼状结构的减阻剂。利用减阻剂微观结构与减阻性能之间的关系可进行减阻剂的选型及结构优化。 The microstructures of the drag reducer(DR-800) solutions with slick-water were characterized by means of TEM and their drag reduction performances were investigated. The results indicated that,at low flowrate,the drag reducer solution with a dispersed grain structure showed a good drag reduction performance;at high flowrate,the drag reducer solution with a network structure and certain mesh size showed a good drag reduction performance. The drag reducer solution with the dispersed grain structure is suitable for shallow wells and the drag reducer solution with the network structure is suitable for deep wells. The results in field test were consistent with the results of the laboratory test.
