补肾助孕方对黄体功能不全模型大鼠血清PRL、E_2及P的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究补肾助孕方对黄体功能不全(LPD)模型大鼠血清催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕激素(P)的影响。方法米非司酮构建LPD大鼠模型,将50只大鼠分为空白组、模型组、孕酮组,以及中药低、高剂量组共5组,每组10只,分组给药,以ELISA试剂盒测定各组大鼠血清中PRL、E_2及P水平。结果模型组、孕酮组的PRL、E_2明显高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药低、高剂量组PRL、E_2明显低于模型组和孕酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组P均有升高,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾助孕方药可降低LPD模型大鼠过高的PRL、E_2水平,升高P水平,从而改善黄体功能,提高子宫内膜容受性。 Objective Research the influence of Bushen Zhuyun recipe(BSZY)on serum prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E_2)and progesterone(P)levels in luteal phase deficiency(LPD)model rats.Methods Rats model of LPD were formed with mifepristone,and50 rats were divided into blank group,model group,control group,BSZY low-dose group and BSZY high-does group,10 rats were in each group.Each group was given appropriate drugs.Then the serum PRL,E_2 and P levels were tested with ELISA kits.ResultsThe serum PRL and E_2 levels in model group and control group were significantly higher than those in blank group(P〈0.05).The serum PRL and E_2 levels in BSZY low-dose group and BSZY high-does group were significant lower than those in model group and control group(P〈0.05).The serum P level in each group got higher,but had no significant differences among all the groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion BSZY could reduce the serum PRL and E_2 levels in LPD model rats and increase the serum P,therefore it could be used to improve luteal function and endometrial receptivity.
