The author summarized the ecological distribution,species,and phosphate-solubilizing mechanism of phosphatesolubilizing microorganisms,introduced the application of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms in agriculture,and discussed the existent problems in their application and the corresponding solution ways,in order to provide a reference for the further research and application of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms.
