新疆玛纳斯县农户土地适度规模经营意愿及特征分析——基于不同规模农户的视角

Farmers' Willingness to Land Moderate Scale Operation and Their Characteristics in Manas County of Xinjiang Based on Perspective of Different Scale of Farmers

对新疆玛纳斯县85户农户进行了调研,分析了农户土地经营规模构成和农户土地适度规模经营意愿,并对比分析了不同规模组农户基本特征差异。通过研究发现:玛纳斯县小规模农户仍占主导地位,其中77.65%的农户有实施适度规模经营的意愿,且随着土地规模的扩大农户土地适度规模经营意愿逐渐增强;不同规模组农户土地资源特征、人力资源特征、投入产出特征及土地流转行为特征均存在差异。最后,在剖析不同规模组农户特征差异的基础上提出了促进农户土地适度规模经营的对策建议。

The author investigated 85 farmers in Manas county of Xinjiang,analyzed the composition of farmers＇ land operation scale and their willingness to land moderate scale operation,and comparatively analyzed the differences in basic characteristics among different land scale of farmers. The study found that small-scale farmers still accounted for a significant proportion in Manas county,and 77.65% of them had the willingness of land moderate scale operation. The farmers＇ willingness to land moderate scale operation gradually increased with the expansion of their land scale. Differences existed in the land resource characters,human resource characters,input and output characteristics and land circulation behavior characteristics among different land scale of farmers. On the basis of the above results,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the farmers＇ land moderate scale operation.
