摘要
新型聚酰胺酯纤维外表本身带有一定的黄色,在制备浅色或漂白产品时,必须先进行漂白处理。选取过氧乙酸作为漂白剂,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了过氧乙酸用量、漂白时间、漂白温度、p H对聚酰胺酯织物白度的影响。结果表明,过氧乙酸对聚酰胺酯织物具有良好的漂白效果,其CIE白度可以达到60左右。优化漂白工艺为:过氧乙酸用量15 g/L,温度100℃,时间90min,p H=3。
The new polyesteramide fiber itself with a certain yellow, in the preparation of light color or bleaching products, must be treated with bleaching. When peracetic acid was selected as the bleaching agent,the effects of peracetic acid dosage, bleaching time, temperature and p H on the whiteness of polyesteramide fabrics were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that peracetic acid had good bleaching effect on polyesteramide fabric, and the whiteness ofCIEcould reach about 60. The optimal process was as follows: peracetic acid dosage 15 g/L, temperature 100 ℃, time 90 min, p H=3.
