摘要
目的探讨中等强度有氧运动对学龄儿童执行功能的控制抑制、记忆刷新和注意转换3个子功能的影响效果,为相关教学人员制定运动处方提供参考。方法检索CNKI数据库、CBM数据库、VIP数据库、万方数据库、PubM ed、SCI数据库以及OVID检索平台,检索主题词或关键词为"执行功能(executive function)""小学生(primary student)""儿童(Children)""有氧运动(aerobic exercise)""运功干预(exercise intervention)""实验研究(experimental study)",检索策略为主题词和关键词相结合的方式,检索时间为2016年2月4日。收集文献时间跨度从数据库建库到2015年12月,共检索文献344篇。纳入研究的为10篇文献,运用Review Manager 5.2软件进行文献定量分析。结果 Meta分析结果显示,实验组与对照组抑制控制子功能(WMD=21.00,95%CI=17.84~24.16)、记忆刷新子功能(WMD=195.50,95%CI=172.79~218.20)、注意转换子功能(WMD=141.17,95%CI=124.50~157.84)得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),文献间不存在异质性和偏倚。结论中等强度有氧运动对我国学龄儿童执行功能发展具有非常好的提升效果。
Objective To explore the effects of moderate intensity aerobic exercise on children' s 3 sub executive function, including the function of inhibition, updating and shifting. Methods By retrieving CNKI, CBM, VIP, WANFANG, Pub Med, SCI, OVID, 10 articles were screened, Review Manager 5.0 was uses to test the effect size and heterogeneity. Results Meta-analysis results showed that inhibition( WMD = 21.00, 95%CI= 17.84-24.16); updating ( WMD = 195.50, 95%CI= 172.79-218.20); shifting (WMD= 141.17, 95%CI= 124.50-157.84). The results were statistically significant(P〈0.01). There were no heterogeneity and bias between the literatures. Conclusion Moderate intensity aerobic exercise can greatly improve cognitive function of schoolaged children in China.
