摘要
[目的/意义]国家竞争情报文化是国家竞争情报主体对国家竞争情报工作所持的态度、取向、偏好等观念的集合,对情报工作具有重大的导向意义。因此,如何建构出既有助于提升国家竞争力又能维系国际体系稳态发展的国家竞争情报文化具有重大的现实和理论意义。[方法/过程]研究过程中采用比较分析法、文献分析法、图表法及交叉学科等研究方法解析国际体系文化对国家竞争情报文化的构建作用。[结果/结论]通过对比三种国际体系文化对国家竞争情报文化的构建机制,分析得出强调友善、互助等内涵意义的康德文化能够构建出共赢状态的国家竞争情报文化,并探究出将康德文化内化于国际体系之中的实现路径,在此基础之上,提出了对我国国家竞争情报文化建设的建议。
[Purpose/Significance ] The national competitive intelligence culture (NCIC) is the combination of national competitive intel- ligence subject's attitude, value orientation and preference toward national competitive intelligence work, to which it has a great guiding significance. Therefore, it is of great importance academically and practically to construct a particular type of NCIC in order to enhance na- tional competitiveness and maintain the stabilization of international system in the same time. [ Method/Process ] During the research, comparative analysis, literature review, graphology and interdisciplinary method have been applied to analyze the international system cul- ture's construction to NCIC. [ Result/Conclusion ] Through the comparative analysis of the three types of the international system culture's construction to NCIC, the Kant's culture, which emphasizes amicability and mutual aid, formulates the win-win situation of NCIC. The internalization of Kant's culture has also been discussed. On the basis of previous analysis, the thesis also offers suggestions on the con- strnction of NCIC in China.
