摘要
[目的/意义]在新的国际竞争环境下,科学地开展潜力学科的识别、评价和预测工作,推动更多学科进入ESI全球排名,对于提升高校学术影响力与国际排名具有重要意义。[方法 /过程]以ESI和InCites为数据来源,基于引文信息的数值积累与频度分布两大特征,建立了针对高校潜力学科的复合评价指标体系,并将之运用于南京师范大学潜力学科的实证分析,最后对评价结果进行检验。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,该评价体系兼顾了引文的数值与分布,能够更为全面地表征引文绩效,具备识别和评测潜力学科的可行性,是一种新的学科评价视角。
[ Purpose/Significance ] In an increasingly competitive environment, it has great significance to identify and predict the devel- opment trends of potential disciplines for enhancing academic influence and improving international rankings of universities. [ Method/ Process] Based on ESI and InCites databases, this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation indicator system which gives attention to both citation number and citation distribution and can be used to identify and evaluate potential disciplines of academic institutes. [ Result/Conclusion] Empirical analysis of Nanjing Normal University shows that this indicator system proposal can legitimately identify and evaluate potential disciplines. It's a new method of normalizing and comparing multidisciplinary citations, providing guidance on discipline con- struction and academic research of universities.
