摘要
[目的/意义]掌握已知专利组合的内部技术特征能够为进一步识别和构建本领域更多潜在的专利组合提供重要参考,从而促进专利成果的技术转移。[方法/过程]首先对专利组合的概念、类型、技术特征进行分析,构建了测度专利组合技术关联性的相关性指标和互补性指标,其中互补性指标又包括交叉性、聚合性和差异性三个维度。实证研究以日本东京毅力科创株式会社的电子半导体领域在华专利为分析对象,验证了上述指标的测度效力。[结果/结论]结果表明,互补性指标在区分技术相似性专利组合与产品专利组合方面,测度效力明显,而相关性指标在此方面的测度效力不明显;同维度指标的测度结果相关性较强,不同维度指标的测度结果相关性并不明显。
Abstract [ Purpose/Significance] Mastering the technological features of the expert-recognized patent portfolios can provide an impor- tant reference for the further identification and construction of more potential patent portfolios in this field, thus promoting the technology transfer. [Method/Proeess] This paper first analyzes the concept, type and technological feature of patent portfolio, and then constructs the patent portfolio technological relatedness indicators and complementarity indicators, including three dimensions--diversity, cohesion and disparity. This paper made an empirical study of the patents of Tokyo Electron Co. Ltd. authorized by SlPO in semiconductor field to verify the effectiveness of the above indicators. [ Result/Conclusion ] The results show that the complementarity indicators are significant in distinguishing the technologically similar patent portfolios and product patent portfolios, but technological relatedness indicators are not ef- fective in distinguishing these two kinds of patent portfolios. The measurement results of the same dimension indicators are strongly correla- ted, and the correlation of different dimension indicators is not obvious.
