网络舆情研究视角分析

The Study on Perspectives on Internet Public Opinion in China

[目的/意义]网络舆情是一个跨学科研究选题,学界从不同视角对网络舆情进行观照,并基于不同视角构建应对舆情的策略和路径。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论的分析方法,对已有的网络舆情研究视角进行比较、归类、编码和分析,总结出7个主范畴和5个核心范畴。[结果/结论]由此探究网络舆情视角研究范式,分类分析视角选择与研究对象之间的密合度及论证的优势和不足,提出未来视角研究应从共享和深度协作方面研究网络舆情,注重学科间的融合与借鉴等。

[ Purpose/Significance] Interact public opinion is an interdisciplinary research topic, the academic community studies on the interact public opinion from different perspectives to build strategies and ways to respond to internet public opinion. [ Method/Process ] The Grounded Theory was used to analyze, compare, classify, code and summarize domestic internet public opinion research from differ- ent perspectives. So seven main categories and five core categories were obtained. [ Result/Conclusion] The research models were estab- lished to analyze the advantages, disadvantages and fit factors between the chosen perspective and the researched objects. At last it pointed out the direction of the perspective research for further study, such as to strengthen the study of universities＂ and governments＂ internet pub- lic opinion from the sharing and the deepening of cooperation, to study the network public opinion by using multiple and complex perspec- fives, and to select perspectives from the fusion and reference between disciplines and so on.
