摘要 [目的/意义]在研发团队内部,成员之间的知识转移与共享是增强创新能力的重要路径,但知识粘性会阻碍知识转移。因此,研究知识粘性的成因对于提高研发团队创新绩效具有重要的意义。[方法/过程]知识粘性的存在受很多因素的影响,从知识特性、知识转移者特征、知识接收者特征、知识转移双方的关系等多个角度对已有研究进行了述评,并分析了知识粘性的管理策略。[结果/结论]基于以上对知识粘性的未来研究方向进行了展望,指出对于知识粘性的研究可从知识本身的特性进行深入挖掘;对知识粘性影响因素的研究需要同时考虑知识转移者的转移能力和转移意愿两个因素;可考虑将知识转移双方的信任关系或知识接受者的吸收能力作为知识粘性影响因素的自变量或者控制变量。 [ Purpose/Significance] In R&D team, knowledge transfer and sharing among members is an important path for enhancing in- novation capability, while knowledge stickiness will hinder the transfer of knowledge. Therefore, it is significant to study the cause of knowledge stickiness to improve the innovation performance of RSd) team. [ Method/Process ] Knowledge stickiness is affected by many factors, this paper carried out review of studies from characteristics of knowledge, knowledge transfer characteristics, knowledge receiver characteristics, relations of both sides of knowledge transfer, and analyzed the knowledge management strategy. [ Result/Conclusion] Fu- ture research directions pointed out in this paper include : further study of knowledge stickiness can be from the characteristics of knowledge it- self; the research on the influencing factors of knowledge stickiness needs to consider both knowledge transfer ability and knowledge transfer intention ; the trust relationship between the two sides of knowledge transfer or absorptive capacity of knowledge recipients could be used as the independent variable or control variable of the influencing factors of knowledge stickiness.
