基于知识图谱的国内外政府信任研究对比分析

Comparative Research on Literature of Government Trust Based on Mapping Knowledge Domain in China and Overseas

[目的/意义]近年来,政府信任下降已引起政府和社会的广泛关注,学界也对此进行了大量讨论,但缺乏对国内外已有研究文献的量化和可视化分析。[方法/过程]以Web of Science和CSSCI数据库中关于政府信任的3 030篇文献作为研究对象,运用Citespace4.0软件对高频关键词、高被引经典文献、突现词等数据进行处理,绘制国内外政府信任研究的知识图谱。[结果/结论]透过对国内外政府信任的研究热点、知识基础和发展脉络的对比分析,发现国内政府信任研究呈现出研究规模和研究影响力小,本土化理论不足等问题。基于此,提出进一步提升研究质量,丰富研究视角和方法,注重本土化理论创新,及时跟进国外政府信任研究的新动向,把握研究的前沿,提高研究影响力等建议。

[ Purpose/Signlficance] In recent years, the decline of government trust has attracted extensive attention of the government and the community. The academic community has also been having a lot of discussions on this concept. However, there is lack of quantitative and visual analysis of existing research in China and overseas. [ Methad/Proess] Regarding the 3030 literature of trusting in government from the Web of Science and CSSCI database as the research object, the authors analyze high frequency keywords, highly cited classic lit- erature , burst words, and so on with Citespace 4.0 software, and draw a knowledge map about research on government trust. [ Result/ Conclusion ] Through a comparative analysis on present research situation, research hot-spots, knowledge base and development context of government trust in China and overseas intuitively, the researchers found that there is little academic scale or effects in China, and lack of localization theory. Therefore, the research puts forward suggestions such as improving the quality of research, enriching research perspec- tive and methods, innovating localization theory, following up in time the new trend of government trust research of overseas, and grasp- ing the frontier of the research, then improving the research influence and so on.
