摘要
社会的飞速发展使得新时期高校学生管理工作变得比以往更加复杂。本文基于"破窗理论"研究大学生校园活动中出现的各种不良现象及产生的影响,分析了校园"破窗效应"的诱发因素,提出了相应的预防措施。
University students＇ management work has become more complex than ever because the rapid development of society. Basing on the Break Pane Law, this paper researched on all kinds of unhealthy phenomena and impacts on the students in the campus. Inducing factors of the Break Pane Law were analyzed, and corresponding methods of preventing the happen of the Break Pane were presented.
